Cross registering students for online classes

I'm using CCCConfer for Pat Nerad's SQL class, CIS 177.
It seems that many colleges already use this WebEx-like conference site.
It would consume essentially zero resources for a class which is already using this system to add more students.  I used the example of nearby college districts like Saddleback but the class could actually be anywhere from San Diego to the Oregon border.  In time, with globalization, it could be in Nevada or New Mexico.

Incidentally, I do have a gripe with grading on multiple choice questions.  Here's my SQL exam.  Notice that I had perfect answers on questions with only one answer.  On questions with multiple answers, I frequently checked 3 out of 4 correct answers but got no points.  I don't think the combination of book and lecture transfers information with enough precision to score any higher.
